Therese Nolan

Instructor: Warm Flow

Therese's experience of yoga was a Hatha class in the 90's when a friend and her went to a small studio in Kimberton. It opened her eyes to a new way of being in the world. She moved and Therese drifted away. In 2000, a friend introduced her to a 'power flow' class and she slowly made her way onto her mat every week. She found it to be healing, lending her focus and presence. In 2010, she made the decision to try teacher training and see where it would lead. It has been incredibly expansive for her. Therese's teaching experience has deepened her own practice as well as allowing her to gently introduce yoga to new students. Therese notices that something magical happens when a new person walks into class. They stay, they sweat a bit, they wobble, they laugh at themselves, they love savasana, and at the end they ask when they should come back. Being a part of their journey has filled her life in a way she did not expect. Therese is so grateful to have an opportunity where she get to see and feel the magic.

Nancy has taught yoga since 2013 and practiced since 2004. At In Harmony she teaches Chair Yoga Mix and often plays her singing bowls at the end of class. She believes yoga is healing for the mind, body, and spirit, and enjoys all activities that allow her to be in nature.
